The Christian Ministry Center is located at 604 E. 9th Street, Lockport, IL. It is right next door to the First Congregational United Church of Christ and forms a vital part of the church's ministry. The Ministry Center houses several different ministries which reach out to meet the needs of the local community.

Currently, the Ministry Center houses three ministries: Open Door Teen Coffeehouse, FISH Food Pantry, and Iglesia de Cristo, Mi-El.

OPEN DOOR TEEN COFFEEHOUSE

The mission of the coffeehouse is, "...to provide teens a safe place to gather, and for all ages to have fun, fellowship, and an opportunity to either deepen or discover the joy of a personal relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ." The Open Door Coffeehouse is open Fridays from 7:00-10:00 p.m. and provides live bands, karaoke, open mic nights, dances, and other gatherings.

FISH

This is a food pantry serving Lockport residents with emergency food assistance. It is open:

Monday - 8:30-11:45 a.m.

Wednesday - 8:30-11:45 a.m.

Friday - 8:30-11:45 a.m.
